I'm Steve Patenaude, and I've been in digital marketing and technology since 1995 — long before Google, WordPress, or Shopify existed. I built my first website in 1996 using Notepad. Since then, I've co-founded an ISP, built and led a marketing department at a web development firm, earned my Google Analytics certification, and spent years deep in SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook advertising.

In 2015, I began managing Amazon Sponsored Ads for friends who were selling on the platform. What started as a favor became a calling. Today, Palacomm is a focused, hands-on Amazon advertising management service built on one principle: every account deserves careful investigation, not cookie-cutter playbooks.

I've never been a fan of magic bullets or one-size-fits-all solutions. I've worked across multiple markets, price points, fast-purchase and long-research products, replenishable and one-time buys. The answer to most advertising questions is "it depends" — and my job is to figure out exactly what it depends on for your business.
